Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine/n Head of HR, die/der als strategische/r sowie operative/r Sparringspartner/in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende agiert.

Head of HR (100%)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung, Verarbeitung und Verbuchung des monatlichen Lohnlaufs, inkl. QST
  • Durchführung aller Jahresendarbeiten inkl. Lohnabstimmungen
  • Verarbeitung von Anmeldungen/Mutationen/Austritten bei den Sozialversicherungen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der internen Ansprechpartner inkl. Klinikleitern in jeglichen rechtlichen und strategischen HR\-Themen
  • Zuständigkeit für allfällige Rechtsfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Rechtsschutzversicherung
  • Begleiten der Mitarbeitenden von Eintritt bis Austritt und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Prozessablaufs
  • Erstellen von Verträgen, Nachträgen, Kündigungen, Austrittsschreiben sowie Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Payroll Ablaufs bei M\&A’s sowie die Koordination mit dem Broker für allfällige Versicherungsanschlüsse
  • Absenzmanagement (KTG, UVG, MSE, VSE und EO)
  • Führen von 3 engagierten HR\-Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei strategischen HR\-Projekten der Colosseum Dental Group in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Gruppe und den HR\-Kollegen/innen aus den anderen europäischen Ländergesellschaften, inklusive Teilnahme an jährlichen Workshops im Ausland

Dein Profil:

  • HR\-Fachausweis oder alternativ Lohnspezialist mit Weiterbildung in Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Einführung von neuen HR\-Systemen (Workday)
  • Du kannst mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Ebenen kommunizieren und bist in der Lage, Informationen klar und verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Eine unternehmerische und vernetzte Denkweise zeichnet Dich aus
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst erfolgreich in einer komplexen Struktur agieren
  • Du bringst fliessende Deutsch\- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
