Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Ein Team von sechs Business Process Owners führen, die Abteilung Supply Chain Development weiterentwickeln und die strategische Ausrichtung der Supply Chain aktiv mitgestalten
  • Globale End-to-end-Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Fachbereichen und IT Operations definieren, harmonisieren und einführen sowie die Prozessstandards sicherstellen
  • Strategisch relevante Corporate-Projekte leiten sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Risikoanalysen erarbeiten
  • Technologische und digitale Innovationen fördern und moderne IT-Lösungen bewerten, integrieren und weiterentwickeln
  • Interne und externe Partner bei der Umsetzung von Supply-Chain- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen steuern und den Mehrwert der Initiativen realisieren
  • Als Lean Ambassador die Methoden des Continuous Improvement und des Lean Managements im gesamten Supply Chain Management etablieren
  • Reisetätigkeit von rund 10 % an unsere Standorte in Deutschland, den USA und China

Dein Profil ###

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer internationalen Supply-Chain-Organisation, idealerweise in MedTech, Pharma oder einem vergleichbaren regulierten Produktionsumfeld
  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in End-to-end-Supply-Chain-Prozessen und Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Einführung neuer Prozesse oder Systeme sowie in der Umsetzung operativer Optimierungen
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung in Change Management und Projektleitung sowie in der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP (idealerweise SAP S/4HANA), Planungssystemen, Datenmanagement und Systemintegration
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und die Fähigkeit, Business-Anforderungen gemeinsam mit der IT in skalierbare digitale Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denken, Erfahrung mit Business Cases und Investitionsentscheidungen sowie in der Priorisierung von Transformationsinitiativen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mind. C1)
