Für unsere Pool-Vakanz suchen wir Dich als: HR & Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) Du agierst sicher an der Schnittstelle zwischen Human Resources und Finance? Du schätzt präzises Arbeiten in SAP ebenso wie den beratenden Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden? Dann laden wir dich ein, Teil unseres professionellen Talent-Netzwerks zu werden. Dein Verantwortungsbereich bei unseren Kunden: Lifecycle-Management: Du verantwortest die lückenlose Erfassung und Pflege von Personal- und Lohnmutationen (vorzugsweise in SAP). Payroll-Support & Zeitwirtschaft: Du übernimmst die Überwachung der Zeiterfassung sowie die Vorbereitung und Kontrolle abrechnungsrelevanter Daten. Serviceorientierung: Du bist die fachkundige erste Anlaufstelle (1st Level) für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei sämtlichen Fragestellungen rund um Payroll und HR-Administration. Reporting & Optimierung: Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Reports und wirkst aktiv an der digitalen Transformation von HR-Prozessen mit.

Qualifikationen

Qualifikation: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine anerkannte HR-Fachweiterbildung (z. B. HR-Fachperson mit eidg. FA oder Sachbearbeiter/-in Personal) abgeschlossen. Expertise: Du bringst mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung im HR-Sektor mit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Payroll-Administration. Systemaffinität: Du bist versiert in der Anwendung der MS-Office, SAP Anwenderkenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus. Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für den täglichen Austausch im internationalen Kontext. Arbeitsweise: Du zeichnest dich durch absolute Diskretion, ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenflair und eine effiziente, analytische Denkweise aus. Interessiert?
