Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! ??Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte HR\-Assistentin (40–50 %), die unser Team unterstützt und gleichzeitig eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden sowie die Geschäftsführung ist.

?? Deine vielseitige Aufgabe

Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Kombination aus HR, Lohnadministration und Assistenz der Geschäftsführung.

?? HR \& Lohnadministration

\- Selbstständige Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohnadministration

\- Erfassung, Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der Stundenrapporte ??

\- Kontrolle und Korrektur der Rapporte unserer Temporärmitarbeitenden

\- Abwicklung der Sozialversicherungen (AHV/IV/EO/ALV etc.)

\- Administration rund um die PensionskasseBearbeitung von Ein\- und Austritten sowie MutationenAllgemeine Personaladministration

\- Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen rund um Lohn, Sozialversicherungen und Personaladministration ??

?? Assistenz der Geschäftsführung

Zusätzlich unterstützt du unseren Geschäftsführer bei verschiedenen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben: Administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft Organisation und Koordination verschiedener Aufgaben

\- Allgemeine Korrespondenz und Büroorganisation ??

\- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von anfallenden administrativen Arbeiten

\- Du denkst mit, packst an und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles rundläuft ??

?Das bringst du mit

\- Erfahrung im HR\-Bereich

\- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Lohnadministration

\- Kenntnisse im Bereich Sozialversicherungen und Pensionskasse

\- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise

\- Du bist zuverlässig, diskret und verantwortungsbewusst ??

\- Organisationstalent und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben

\- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftGute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse ??

\- Und vor allem: Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und übernimmst Verantwortung.

Das 40–50\-%\-Pensum lässt sich somit gut mit deinen persönlichen Bedürfnissen vereinbaren.?? Eine wichtige Ausnahme gibt es:

beim monatlichen Lohnlauf.An den entsprechenden Tagen bzw. zum definierten Zeitpunkt des Lohnlaufs musst du verfügbar bzw. vor Ort sein, damit die Löhne korrekt, pünktlich und zuverlässig verarbeitet und ausbezahlt werden können. ???
