November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Unterstützung im HR\\-Team.\\ Die Klinik Im Hasel AG ist eine psychiatrisch\\-psychotherapeutische Fachklinik mit kantonalem Leistungsauftrag zur Behandlung von Sucht\\- und Traumafolgestörungen. Als krankenkassenanerkannte Einrichtung und Teil der kantonalen Spitalliste bieten wir eine hochwertige, evidenzbasierte und menschlich zugewandte Behandlung für unsere Patient:innen. Mit rund 170 engagierten Mitarbeitenden an drei Standorten -- unserer stationären Klinik in Gontenschwil, dem Ambulatorium und der Tagesklinik in Lenzburg sowie dem traumaspezifischen Ambulatorium in Baden -- verbinden wir fachliche Kompetenz mit einer wertschätzenden und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit. Deine Aufgaben \* Administrative Unterstützung entlang des Employee Life Cycle (z. B. Ein\\- und Austritte, Abwesenheiten, Geburtstage, Jubiläen, Weiterbildungen und vieles mehr) \* Führen und Pflegen der Personaldossiers \* Erfassen einfacher Personalmutationen \* Koordination von Terminen für Vorstellungsgespräche \* Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und Standardkorrespondenz nach Vorlage \* Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im HR Das Pensum ist auf 5 Tage pro Woche verteilt, die du vor Ort in Lenzburg verbringst; gelegentlich bist du auch an unserem Standort in Gontenschwil. Homeoffice ist in Absprache möglich. Diese Stelle wurde neu geschaffen zur Ergänzung des 3\\-köpfigen Teams. Dein Profil \* Abgeschlossen kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder ähnlich.
