Ihre Verantwortung

  • Unterstützung der HR\-Beratung in administrativen Tätigkeiten wie Korrespondenz sowie der allgemeinen administrative Arbeiten im HR (ganzer Life Cycle)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und administrative Begleitung des Rekrutierungsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der HR\-Beratung ( Terminkoordination, Vorbereitungsaufgaben, etc.)
  • Selbstständige Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Zwischen\- und Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Unterstützung beim Eintritts\- und Austrittsprozesses

Ihr Hintergrund:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im HR
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration sowie Freude an der selbstständigen Betreuung administrativer HR\-Prozesse
  • Strukturierte, exakte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
