Tâches ##

  • Accompagner le cycle de vie des employés dans un secteur dynamique.
  • Conseiller les dirigeants et soutenir les employés dans leurs besoins.
  • Participer aux projets RH et à l'amélioration des processus.

Compétences ##

  • Formation commerciale et expérience en HR conseillère exigées.

  • Connaissance de MS Office et de SAP est un atout.

En collaboration avec notre client, une entreprise établie dans la région de Thoune, nous recherchons, selon accord, un Conseiller RH / une Conseillère RH 80-100%. Un environnement de travail moderne avec de nombreuses possibilités de développement et des conditions d-emploi attractives vous attend. Le lieu de travail est facilement accessible en voiture comme en transports publics.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Vous prenez en charge un secteur d-activité défini de manière globale tout au long du cycle de vie des employés et assumez notamment la responsabilité du recrutement de nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Vous conseillez et soutenez les cadres de manière compétente sur les questions liées au personnel et êtes en même temps une personne de confiance pour les collaborateurs
  • Vous accompagnez activement les processus de changement et participez à divers projets RH ainsi qu-au développement des processus, outils et concepts
  • En collaboration avec d-autres spécialistes RH, vous assurez une administration du personnel professionnelle et contribuez à des processus efficaces et sans heurts

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d-une formation commerciale de base et d-une formation complémentaire en tant que spécialiste RH avec brevet fédéral ou d-une qualification équivalente
  • Vous apportez plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle dans une fonction RH consultative et vous vous sentez à l-aise dans la collaboration avec les cadres ainsi qu-avec les collaborateurs
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension économique, pensez de manière interconnectée et développez des solutions RH pratiques et durables à partir de besoins variés
  • Une personnalité orientée service, résistante et communicative ainsi qu-une bonne maîtrise de MS Office complètent votre profil, des connaissances SAP sont un avantage
