Das Service-Center Personal betreut mit den Bereichen Support, Payroll und Entwicklung rund 1.600 Mitarbeitende mit und ohne IV-Rente und unterstützt einen innovativen, achtsamen Umgang mit den Menschen und der gesamten Unternehmenskultur. 

Infolge Pensionierung unserer langjährigen Mitarbeiterin suchen wir für das Service-Center Personal per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n 

HR Bereichsverantwortliche/r 80 %

Ihr Einsatz 

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende mit einer IV-Rente in sämtlichen Personalthemen. Sie begleiten entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle und unterstützen bei herausfordernden Situationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Sozialarbeitenden. Sie steuern das Bewerbungsmanagement und sorgen für eine professionelle HR-Administration. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Prozesse in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich ein und gestalten die Zukunft mit. Mit Ihrem Engagement tragen Sie massgeblich dazu bei, die berufliche Teilhabe von Menschen mit einer IV-Rente erfolgreich zu gestalten. 

 

Ihr Profil  

  • kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (HR-Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)  
  • Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion (Erfahrung im Behinderten-Bereich von Vorteil) 
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz mit überzeugendem und gewinnendem Auftreten  
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise  
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine vernetzte Denkweise  
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit Empathie und einer wertschätzenden Kommunikation 
  • Belastbarkeit sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Situationen 
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen  
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen und Lebenssituationen
