B. Kultur, Werte, Engagement und Arbeitgeberattraktivität Beratung der Fachbereiche im Recruitingprozess sowie Sicherstellung einer professionellen Candidate Experience Unterstützung und Coaching der Führungskräfte bei Themen wie Mitarbeitergesprächen, Konflikten, Absenzenmanagement und Teamentwicklung Sicherstellung einer korrekten Umsetzung von HR\-Prozessen und Richtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR\-Services\-Team Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR\-Service, Payroll und Talent Acquisition Partner Erkennen von HR\-Bedarfen und Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Unterstützung und zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation Dein Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung im HR auf Stufe Fachmann/\-frau oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Arbeitspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der HR\-Betreuung Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem HRM\-System (Abacus) Selbstständige, dienstleistungsorientierte und exakte Arbeitsweise Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, hohe Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit Möchtest Du die Zukunft unseres HR\-Teams mitgestalten?
