Notre partenaire est une entreprise industrielle internationale active dans un environnement technique et dynamique. Présente en Valais depuis plusieurs années, elle emploie plusieurs centaines de collaborateurs sur son site. Dans le cadre de son évolution organisationnelle et afin de renforcer son équipe RH, nous recherchons un(e) HR Business Partner à 100%. Vous rejoindrez une équipe RH proche du terrain et participerez activement à différents projets de transformation.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous accompagnez et conseillez les managers et les collaborateurs sur l-ensemble des thématiques RH, en tant qu-interlocuteur de proximité
  • Vous accompagnez les managers dans leurs responsabilités RH et les soutenez notamment dans la gestion de situations complexes, de conflits et de changements organisationnels
  • Vous conseillez les managers sur les questions liées au droit du travail suisse et veillez au respect des dispositions légales
  • Vous participez activement aux projets de transformation et aux réorganisations de l-entreprise
  • Vous pilotez différents processus RH, notamment la gestion des talents, la planification des effectifs et le développement des collaborateurs
  • Vous participez au processus de recrutement et collaborez étroitement avec les différents interlocuteurs RH
  • Vous accompagnez les équipes dans leur développement et contribuez à renforcer une culture RH proche du terrain
  • Vous identifiez les besoins des collaborateurs et des managers et proposez des solutions adaptées aux enjeux opérationnels
  • Vous contribuez à l-évolution des processus et outils RH dans un environnement en constante transformation

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-une formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, idéalement universitaire ; une formation complémentaire en RH constitue un atout
  • Vous disposez de plusieurs années d-expérience dans une fonction de HR Business Partner, idéalement dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances du droit du travail suisse et êtes à l-aise avec les problématiques RH opérationnelles
  • Vous avez une approche très orientée terrain et appréciez le contact direct avec les collaborateurs et les managers
  • Vous êtes une personne réactive, curieuse, autonome et pragmatique, capable de gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément
  • Vous aimez les environnements où les journées sont variées et où il est nécessaire de s-adapter rapidement
  • Vous maîtrisez l-anglais, indispensable pour ce poste ; de bonnes connaissances de l-allemand constituent un avantage
  • Vous êtes à l-aise dans un environnement industriel et n-hésitez pas à aller sur le terrain
  • Un 80% est négociable à court terme, mais le poste doit évoluer vers un 100% 
  • Vous appréciez une organisation offrant une certaine flexibilité, notamment avec une journée de télétravail par semaine
