HR Business Partner Fr/Ang 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre les actions liées à la gestion des talents et à la relève
  • Identifier les besoins en développement des compétences et proposer des plans d'évolution adaptés
  • Soutenir les processus de recrutement, d'intégration et de fidélisation des collaborateurs
  • Conseiller et accompagner les managers sur l'ensemble des problématiques RH opérationnelles et stratégiques
  • Assurer le suivi des relations avec les collaborateurs et gérer les situations RH sensibles ou complexes
  • Veiller à l'application du droit du travail suisse ainsi qu'au respect des procédures et politiques internes
  • Participer activement aux projets de transformation organisationnelle et accompagner le changement au sein des équipes
  • Coordonner les processus RH annuels tels que les évaluations de performance, les entretiens de développement et les revues de personnel

Profil

  • Être titulaire d'une formation supérieure en ressources humaines (Brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH ou diplôme RH)
  • Justifier d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire de HR Business Partner, ainsi que dans l'accompagnement des managers et la gestion des relations collaborateurs
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le droit du travail suisse et les pratiques RH
  • Bilingue français et l'anglais ; des connaissances de l'allemand constituent un atout
  • Posséder d'excellentes capacités relationnelles, de communication et une forte orientation solutions
  • Faire preuve d'aisance dans la gestion de situations complexes avec professionnalisme, discrétion et pragmatisme
  • Être autonome, organisé et capable de comprendre les enjeux opérationnels d'une organisation
