Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Organisation im Gesundheitswesen in der Region Biel, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine HR Fachfrau / einen HR Fachmann 60-80%. Sie erwartet eine vielseitige HR-Funktion mit viel Selbstständigkeit und engem Kontakt zu unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen. Der Arbeitsort ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verantworten die Personaladministration entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles und stellen eine zuverlässige sowie termingerechte Bearbeitung sämtlicher administrativer HR-Prozesse sicher
  • Führungskräfte beraten und unterstützen Sie kompetent bei unterschiedlichen personellen Fragestellungen und stehen ihnen im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft als verlässliche Ansprechperson zur Seite
  • Sie begleiten und coachen die Linie bei personellen Themen und unterstützen dabei, passende sowie praxistaugliche Lösungen für unterschiedliche Situationen zu entwickeln
  • Bei der Umsetzung der Personalpolitik und von Personalentwicklungsmassnahmen wirken Sie aktiv mit und bringen Ihre Erfahrung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Abläufe ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen, beispielsweise als HR-Sachbearbeiter/in oder HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration und/oder einer vielseitigen HR-Generalistenfunktion ermöglicht Ihnen eine selbstständige und professionelle Bearbeitung Ihrer Aufgaben
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch und bringen gute Französischkenntnisse für den Austausch im beruflichen Alltag mit
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie Zahlenflair, Diskretion, Loyalität und ausgeprägte soziale und organisatorische Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus
