Das HR\-Team besteht aus elf Mitarbeitenden und verantwortet alle personalbezogenen Themen – von Recruiting und Onboarding über Mitarbeiterbetreuung und \-entwicklung bis hin zu arbeitsrechtlichen und kulturellen Fragestellungen.

Das machst du

  • Gewinnen neuer Kolleg:innen für Repower und Begleiten des gesamten Recruitingprozesses
  • Erkennung von Trends und Innovationen im Arbeitsmarkt sowie Einbringen neuer Ideen und Ansätze
  • Mitgestalten und Weiterentwickeln unserer Employer Branding Aktivitäten
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit HR\-Services und HR Business Partnern sowie Übernehmen administrativer Tätigkeiten in der Personalentwicklung
  • Vertreten von Repower an Hochschul\- und Karrieremessen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Recruiting und Kenntnisse im HR\-Marketing
  • Weiterbildung zur HR\-Assistentin, HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. FA, Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (HF/FH/Bachelor)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an der Koordination verschiedener Termine und Aktivitäten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Kantons Graubünden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Italienischkenntnisse (B2\-C1\)
