Au sein de notre équipe de maintenance en 4x8 à Avenches, vous contribuez directement à la disponibilité, à la fiabilité et à la performance de nos équipements de production. Vous réalisez les activités de maintenance préventive, corrective et améliorative afin d’assurer la continuité des opérations. Grâce à vos compétences techniques et à votre capacité d’analyse, vous diagnostiquez les dysfonctionnements, identifiez leurs causes et mettez en œuvre des solutions durables. Vous participez également au développement des connaissances de l’équipe en documentant clairement vos interventions, en rédigeant des instructions techniques et en accompagnant les opérateurs techniques dans l’utilisation et la maîtrise des équipements.

Comment aurez\-vous un impact en tant que Technicien\-ne de maintenance en horaire 4x8 ?

  • Réaliser des diagnostics et résoudre des pannes dans différents domaines techniques : mécanique, électricité, pneumatique, automatisme et instrumentation.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, les opérateurs, les équipes de maintenance de journée et les prestataires externes.
  • Identifier les causes racines des dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions techniques fiables et pérennes.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration de la sécurité, de la qualité et de la conformité des installations.
  • Assurer une traçabilité claire et structurée de vos interventions et garantir la qualité des données techniques.
  • Utiliser les outils digitaux de maintenance et de gestion des interventions, notamment SAP, POKA et TrendMiner.
  • Partager vos connaissances et accompagner le développement des compétences des opérateurs et de vos collègues.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations contribuant à la performance industrielle, à la réduction des coûts et à la durabilité des installations.

Ce qui fera votre réussite

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation technique dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle (CFC dans les domaines de l'électrotechnique, automatisme ou une formation équivalente).
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie dans un environnement industriel manufacturier.
  • Vous possédez une expérience pratique dans le diagnostic, le dépannage et la maintenance d’équipements mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques et automatisés.
  • Vous détenez une certification électrique OIBT (article 13 ou 15\), ou êtes disposé·e à l’obtenir dans le cadre de votre fonction.
  • Vous communiquez de manière claire et adaptez votre message à vos différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous disposez d’un bon esprit d’analyse et d’une approche structurée de la résolution de problèmes.
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé·e et capable de gérer vos priorités en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
  • Vous faites preuve d’initiative et êtes force de proposition.
