Wir sind auf die Verarbeitung und Veredelung von Nüssen spezialisiert und beliefern Industrie, Retail, Grosshandel, Gewerbe und Gastronomie im In\- und Ausland. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

ICT Supporter/in \& Projektleiter/in Digitalisierung

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT\-Fragen und gestaltest gleichzeitig die digitale Weiterentwicklung von Patiswiss aktiv mit. Du löst Alltagsprobleme pragmatisch, bringst Struktur in unsere Systemlandschaft und setzt gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern spannende IT\- und Digitalisierungsprojekte um.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

* Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im First\-Level\-Support rund um Microsoft 365, Arbeitsplätze, Standardapplikationen, Drucker, Telefonie und Peripheriegeräte

* Du analysierst und priorisierst Störungen und koordinierst bei Bedarf die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Stellen sowie unseren externen IT\- und Applikationspartners

* Du betreust Benutzer, Berechtigungen und Geräte und behältst Hardware, Software, Lizenzen, Abonnemente, Zugriffe und IT\-Dokumentationen im Blick

* Du leitest ausgewählte IT\- und Digitalisierungsprojekte, insbesondere Patiswiss OS, die digitale Prozesslandschaft, DMS sowie die weitere Nutzung der Microsoft Produkten

* Du nimmst Geschäftsbedürfnisse auf, entwickelst daraus umsetzbare Lösungen und begleitest Tests, Rollouts und Schulungen

Das bringst du mit:

* Ausbildung im ICT\-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung

* Erfahrung im IT\-Support und in einer Microsoft\-Umgebung

* Gutes Verständnis für Clients, Netzwerke, Berechtigungen und IT\-Sicherheit

* Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von IT\- bzw. Digitalisierungsprojekten

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
