Als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für ein attraktives Portfolio von Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften im Kanton Zürich. Gemeinsam mit unserer Assistenz Bewirtschaftung stellst Du eine professionelle Betreuung der Liegenschaften sowie eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.

Du koordinierst die administrativen und technischen Bewirtschaftungsaufgaben, führst die Hauswarte, vergibst Aufträge an Handwerker und Dienstleister und begleitest Unterhalts\- und Sanierungsprojekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

Der regelmässige Austausch mit Eigentümern, Mietern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen gehört ebenso zu Deinem Alltag wie die Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Bewirtschaftung. Dabei arbeitest Du selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Dossiers und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft (eidg. Fachausweis oder höher)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Fundierte MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Abacus (AbaImmo) von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigenverantwortung

Du trittst sicher und professionell auf und verstehst es, Eigentümer, Mieter, Hauswarte und Handwerker zielgerichtet zu koordinieren. Selbstständiges Arbeiten bereitet Dir Freude, Du denkst unternehmerisch und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick. Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ein lösungsorientierter Umgang mit Herausforderungen runden Dein Profil ab.
