Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als

Immobilienbewirtschafter:in

Folgendes Aufgabengebiet werden Sie übernehmen:

  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einer Sachbearbeiterin bewirtschaften Sie ein eigenes Portfolio bestehend aus Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen, Abnahmen und Übergaben
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Unterhalts des Ihnen zugeteilten Portfolios
  • Organisation von Reparaturaufträgen und kleineren Sanierungen
  • Sie sind die direkte Ansprechperson für die Eigentümer, Mieter, Handwerker und Behörden
  • Fachliche Führung einer Sachbearbeiterin
  • Aktuelle Marktbeobachtung und Durchführung von Mietzinsanpassungen
  • Allgemeine Korrespondenz

Folgende Qualifikationen können Sie vorweisen:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter\*in mit eidg. Fachausweis (zwingend)
  • Gewandtheit, angenehme Umgangsformen sowie Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung auf Stufe als Immobilienbewirtschafter\*in
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Kat. B
