Unsere Auftraggeberin ist ein dynamisches Unternehmen, welches sich in den Kernkompetenzen: Vermietung/Verwaltung/Stockwerkeigentum/Verkauf und Beratung, sehr erfolgreich etabliert hat. Das kleine, gut eingespielte Team sorgt mit viel Leidenschaft und Herzblut dafür, die Bedürfnisse vieler Eigentümer und Mieter in der Nordwestschweiz in höchster Qualität zu erfüllen.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Selbständige Führung der zugeteilten Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen eines Portfolios mit Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum
  • Sicherstellung der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbewirtschaftung inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Erstellung von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie von Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien sowie Qualitätsstandards
  • Ansprechpartner/in für interne und externe Stakeholder in buchhalterischen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (Fachausweis)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung mit Abschlusssicherheit (Einzelabschlüsse)
  • Sehr gute ERP\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Aba Immo
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
