Von attraktiven Neubauprojekten über Eigentumswohnungen und Einfamilienhäuser bis hin zu Mehrfamilienhäusern und Anlageobjekten bieten wir unseren Kundinnen und Kunden sämtliche Immobilienleistungen aus einer Hand.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Vermarktungsabteilung suchen wir ab oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Immobilien, Organisation und Kundenkontakt als

Immobilienvermarkter:in \& Verkaufsassistenz 80\-100%

Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

Backoffice \& Verkaufsunterstützung

  • Administrative Unterstützung der Verkaufsleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation von Terminen, Besichtigungen und Kundengesprächen
  • Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Verkaufsunterlagen und Dokumentationen
  • Pflege von Kundenkontakten und Aktivitäten im CRM
  • Koordination von Unterlagen, Kaufverträgen, Notariaten und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung laufender Verkaufsmandate

Vermarktung \& Verkauf

  • Betreuung von Interessenten und Kunden
  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Beratungsgesprächen
  • Begleitung der Käufer vom Erstkontakt bis zur Schlüsselübergabe
  • Unterstützung bei der Vermarktung von Neubauprojekten und bestehenden Immobilien
  • Mitarbeit bei Vermarktungskonzepten und Verkaufsaktivitäten

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und am Verkauf
  • Sicheres, sympathisches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
