INFIRMIÈRE PETITE ENFANCE (IPE) \- horaire

Missions

Dans le cadre de visites à domicile et de rencontres parents\-enfant au CMS, vous assurez et promouvez les prestations de santé communautaire destinées aux enfants de 0 à 4 ans et à leurs parents.

Vous contribuez à la promotion et à la prévention en santé, tant au niveau primaire que secondaire, en soutenant le développement global de l’enfant et en accompagnant les familles dans leur rôle parental.

Vous offrez un accompagnement individualisé et une guidance adaptée aux besoins des familles, en veillant à renforcer leurs compétences parentales, à favoriser un environnement propice au bien\-être de l’enfant et à identifier précocement toute situation nécessitant une intervention ou un soutien supplémentaire.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d’infirmier·ère en soins généraux, niveau 2, ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience minimum de 3 ans en pédiatrie, maternité ou en lien professionnel avec la petite enfance
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
  • Expérience ou intérêt dans le domaine de la prévention et de la promotion de la santé
  • Grande flexibilité, remplacements aussi durant les vacances scolaires
  • Connaissance de l’approche systémique des familles un atout
  • Aptitudes à travailler en autonomie et en équipe interdisciplinaire
  • Grande capacité à s’organiser de manière autonome
  • Facultés d’écoute et de négociation
  • Connaissance des outils usuels informatiques
