Nous recherchons pour notre, un laboratoire de recherche international et leader dans son domaine, un Infirmier (H/F) :

Description du job ###

  • Accueillir, évaluer et orienter les personnes sur les questions de santé en apportant des conseils adaptés
  • Assurer les soins infirmiers de premier recours et la gestion des situations d'urgence
  • Coordonner les orientations vers les services d'urgence lorsque nécessaire
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs lors d'accidents du travail et déclencher les procédures de sécurité
  • Mettre à jour les dossiers médicaux informatisés
  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques et courriels du service médical selon les protocoles en vigueur
  • Veiller à la gestion du matériel médical et des stocks
  • Participer aux évaluations des postes de travail et aux actions de prévention des risques professionnels
  • Contribuer aux actions collectives de prévention et de promotion de la santé

Profil ###

Compétences techniques :

  • Excellente maîtrise des soins infirmiers de premier recours et de la prise en charge des situations d'urgence
  • Capacité à évaluer rapidement l'état clinique, prioriser les interventions et agir efficacement en contexte critique
  • Certification BLS ou AFGSU à jour
  • Bonne connaissance des procédures de sécurité et de gestion des incidents en milieu professionnel
  • Contribution à des actions de prévention et d'amélioration continue
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques médicaux et bureautiques

Compétences comportementales :

  • Sang-froid et efficacité dans les situations d'urgence et sous pression
  • Anticipation des risques et approche proactive dans l'organisation des soins
  • Flexibilité et adaptabilité face aux imprévus et aux priorités changeantes
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs situations simultanément
  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration pluridisciplinaire
  • Communication professionnelle, claire et rassurante

Domaine d'expérience :

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en soins infirmiers
  • Une expérience en soins d'urgence est très appréciée

Diplômes :

  • Diplôme infirmier reconnu requis, équivalent
  • Certification BLS ou AFGSU à jour
  • Une formation complémentaire en prévention, santé au travail ou urgences constitue un atout
  • Anglais : Intermédiaire (B2, voire C1)
