Responsibilities

* Assurer la prise en charge des patients dans divers services hospitaliers.

* Participer à la gestion des soins en collaboration avec l'équipe médicale et paramédicale.

* Veiller à l'accompagnement des patients et à leur suivi tout au long de leur hospitalisation.

* Mettre en œuvre les traitements et les protocoles médicaux en respectant les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.

* Assurer une communication efficace avec les patients, leurs familles et l'équipe soignante.

Profile

* Diplôme d'infirmier(ère) HES ou équivalence Croix-Rouge Suisse.

* Expérience en soins aigus de 2 ans minimum

* Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et capacité d'adaptation à différents contextes de travail.
