Tâches ##

  • Surveillance de la sécurité & dépannage dans les domaines XDR, SIEM, NAC et NDR, y compris la maintenance et le dépannage
  • Analyse numérique de base & réponse aux incidents, y compris la coordination avec le SOC
  • Développement continu de la gestion des vulnérabilités ainsi que le suivi et la mise en œuvre des mesures de sécurité en collaboration avec les équipes locales
  • Entretien et développement continu du SGSI
  • Assurer le respect de la norme ISO 27001 et des standards minimaux TIC, y compris la réalisation d'analyses de maturité, de contrôles et d'évaluations des écarts
  • Participation à la conception et au développement de la stratégie et de l'architecture de sécurité à travers le réseau, le cloud (M365/Azure) et les points de terminaison
  • Réalisation de contrôles de configuration de sécurité et développement continu de nos solutions de sécurité, notamment MS Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Azure et M365
  • Réalisation d'analyses de risques, suivi continu des risques ainsi que reporting adapté aux différents niveaux aux parties prenantes internes et externes

Profil ##

  • Formation achevée dans le domaine de l'informatique (HF/FH) avec spécialisation en IT/Cyber-sécurité ou formation continue comparable ou certifications pertinentes (par ex. CISSP, AZ-500, SC-100)
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction opérationnelle de cybersécurité
  • Connaissances pratiques approfondies dans les domaines suivants :
  • SIEM/XDR/NDR/NAC
  • Gestion des vulnérabilités
  • IAM/PAM
  • AD/DNS/DHCP/CS
  • Architecture de sécurité
  • Bonne connaissance des standards et cadres de sécurité, en particulier ISO 27001 et standard minimal TIC
  • Expérience de la collaboration avec des prestataires de services de sécurité externes (SOC, MSSP) est un avantage
  • Méthode de travail analytique, structurée et autonome ainsi qu'une grande initiative personnelle et sens des responsabilités
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ainsi que très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais; la connaissance du français est un atout, disponibilité pour les services de garde

 

En tant qu'ingénieur principal en sécurité, vous assumez la responsabilité opérationnelle des tâches de sécurité centrales et récurrentes et développez des connaissances critiques ainsi que des compétences d'action au sein des cliniques Suva.

Vous bénéficierez d'une fonction spécialisée nouvellement créée et responsable avec une influence directe sur la cyber-résilience des cliniques Suva. Vous évoluerez entre les opérations quotidiennes, les initiatives stratégiques et la collaboration avec des partenaires externes spécialisés. En même temps, vous aurez la liberté d'action pour développer les compétences internes en sécurité et faire évoluer notre SGSI. Les dossiers des agences de recrutement ne seront pas pris en compte pour ce poste.
