  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung: Du betreust unsere Kunden nachhaltig, sicherst Wettbewerbsvorteile und steigerst Umsätze durch gezieltes Cross\- und Upselling.
  • Angebots\- \& CRM\-Management: Du erstellst, verwaltest und verfolgst Angebote in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen.
  • Kundenentwicklung: Du identifizierst relevante Ansprechpartner und setzt bedürfnisorientierte Entwicklungspläne um.
  • Servicequalität: Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen über alle Kanäle (Telefon, E\-Mail, Chat und Online\-Shop) und stellst eine hohe Erreichbarkeit sicher.
  • Vertriebsanalyse: Du analysierst Kennzahlen und leitest daraus Massnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Leistungssteigerung ab.
  • Berufspraxis \& Talent: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden mit. Du überzeugst durch deine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und dein Vertriebstalent.
  • Sprachen: Du sprichst fliessend Schweizerdeutsch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Kundenfokus: Du bringst viel Empathie mit, verstehst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden und verbindest dies mit verkäuferischem Denken.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und organisierst deine Aufgaben selbstständig und effizient.
  • Mindset: Du bist offen für neue Technologien, gehst aktiv mit der Digitalisierung um und entwickelst dich sowie deine Arbeitsmethoden kontinuierlich weiter.
