Instandhalter\*in, 80 \- 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vorbeugende Instandhaltungsarbeiten an sämtlichen Anlagen in den Werk Winterthur gemäss Planung Mobilty Work (Unterhaltssoftware) und Zuweisung
  • Störungsbehebung an den Anlagen
  • Definierte Kontrollrundgänge gemäss Vorgabe Instandhaltung mit Rückmeldung im Mobilty Work
  • Ausführen von Wartungs\- und Reparaturaufträgen gemäss Angabe und Vorgabe von der Instandhaltungsleitung
  • Mitarbeit bei grösseren Instandhaltungsarbeiten, gelegentlich ausserordentliche Einsätze (Bsp. Samstag / kantonaler Feiertag) sowie während der Winter\- und Sommerrevision
  • Erfassen der Störungen und Stillstände in Mobilty Work
  • Melden von IH\-Material\- und Ersatzteilverbrauch und \- Bedarf
  • Durchführen der 5S\- und WCM\-Aktivitäten im Bereich
  • Produktionsunterstützung an den Anlagen
  • Werksübergreifende Zusammenarbeit Winterthur / Volketswil

Ihr Profil

  • Gelernter Elektriker, Schlosser, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Polymechaniker,
  • Elektriker o.ä.
  • Weiterbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse Siematic S7 / Profibus und Profinet von Vorteil
  • Pneumatik Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung aus Unterhalt mit schweren Maschinen sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Förder\- und Antriebstechnik
  • Erfahrener Teamplayer mit Prozessverständnis
  • Offenheit im Umgang mit neuen Medien/ Tools
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
