Gemeinsam konzipieren, implementieren, betreiben und optimieren wir kontinuierlich sichere, skalierbare und automatisierte Cloud\-Lösungen, die unsere digitale Transformation vorantreiben. River Advice ist der weltweit führende unabhängige Manager von Flussschiffen. Unter dem Dach von UNITED WATERWAYS repräsentiert die Gruppe mit über 4’000 Mitarbeitenden eine Flotte von mehr als 100 Passagier\- und Eventschiffen auf Europas Binnenwasserstrassen. Mit einem breiten Dienstleistungsangebot – von Reederei\-, Crew\- sowie nautischem und technischem Management über Hospitality \& Catering, Safety \& Security bis hin zu Schiffsfinanzierung, Chartervermittlung, Versicherungsmanagement, Neubau\- und Umbaubegleitung sowie Schiffs\-ICT – unterstützen wir unsere Kund:innen in allen Bereichen der Passagier\-Binnenschifffahrt. Deine Aufgaben: Entwerfe, implementiere und warte die Cloud\-Umgebungen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure und Microsoft 365 Du überwachst, verwaltest und optimierst unsere Cloud\-Ressourcen, um eine hohe Performance, Verfügbarkeit und Kosteneffizienz sicherzustellen Du unterstützt hybride Cloud\-Architekturen und die Integration von On\-Premises\-Systemen mit Cloud\-Plattformen. Verantwortlich für die Implementierung und den Betrieb moderner Cloud\-Sicherheitslösungen wie Conditional Access, Multi\-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM) und Microsoft Defender Verwaltung von Backup\-, Disaster\-Recovery\- und Business\-Continuity\-Lösungen sowie Unterstützung bei Compliance\-, Risiko\- und regulatorischen Anforderungen Planung und Umsetzung von Cloud\-Migrationen, Upgrades sowie Transformationsprojekten Du führst Sicherheitsbewertungen durch und setzt gezielte Verbesserungsmassnahmen um, um die Sicherheitslage der Organisation kontinuierlich zu stärken Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern zusammen, um die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud\-Services sicherzustellen Dein Profil: Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell und Microsoft Intune Fundierte Kenntnisse in grundlegenden Netzwerk\-Technologien, insbesondere DNS, TCP/IP, VPN und Firewalls Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung bei der Bearbeitung komplexer Herausforderungen Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären Hohe Affinität zu Cloud\-Technologien und die Motivation, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und neue Technologien zu entdecken Fliessendes Englisch und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Von Vorteil: Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Microsoft Defender Suite sowie deren Sicherheitslösungen Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Azure Virtual Desktop sowie Azure Landing Zones Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code\-Konzepten und Tools wie z.B.
