Die Jugendarbeit Gossau begleitet, unterstützt und fördert Jugendliche in ihrer Entwicklung und Entfaltung. Das Team der Jugendarbeit vermittelt in Konfliktsituationen und unterstützt die Kinder und Jugendlichen sowie deren Umfeld im Erweitern und Stärken ihrer Kompetenzen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Jugendarbeiter/in 70% ##

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen sowie Beratung von Jugendlichen
  • Verantwortung für den Jugendtreff und die Jugendbeiz Kubus
  • Planung und Gestaltung der mobilen Jugendarbeit
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Projekten in den Bereichen Information, Freizeit, Prävention und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachstellen
  • Stellvertretung der Leitung
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden in Ausbildung
  • Umsetzung von Angeboten im Bereich Genderarbeit

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialarbeit oder Sozialpädagogik (FH/HF)
  • Erfahrung in der offenen Jugendarbeit von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit und Motivation in der Interaktion mit Jugendlichen und Eltern aus verschiedenen Bevölkerungsgruppen und Kulturen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und reflektierte Persönlichkeit
  • Mindestalter von 25 Jahren von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie vernetztes Denken
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Fahrausweis Kat. B
