Für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Aarau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die sich bei uns weiterentwickeln möchte. Deine Aufgaben Du bewirtschaftest ein kleineres Immobilienportfolio in der Region Solothurn/Bern Du stellst den laufenden Unterhalt der Liegenschaften sicher Du übernimmst das Mietvertragsmanagement und betreust unsere Mieterschaft Du organisierst und führst Wohnungsbesichtigungen, \-abnahmen und \-übergaben durch Du erstellst Mietverträge, Nachträge und erledigst die dazugehörige Administration Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Mieter, Eigentümer, Behörden, Handwerker und Hauswarte Du setzt Mietvertrags\- und Mietzinsänderungen um Du übernimmst diverse administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft Das bringst du mit Eidg.
