Spécialiste Junior en Affaires Réglementaires

Le Spécialiste Junior en Affaires Réglementaires soutient le département des Affaires Réglementaires afin d'assurer la conformité avec les cadres réglementaires régissant l'enregistrement des produits, les soumissions, la distribution et la surveillance post-commercialisation des dispositifs médicaux dans différentes juridictions, principalement l'UE et les États-Unis.

Responsabilités clés et missions

  • Contribuer aux équipes pluridisciplinaires et communiquer efficacement les exigences réglementaires.
  • Aider à la préparation des dossiers réglementaires pour diverses régions.
  • Surveiller et transmettre l'impact des changements réglementaires mondiaux.
  • Soutenir la préparation des documents pour : audits, interactions et correspondances avec les parties prenantes réglementaires (ANC, NB, FDA).
  • Évaluer l'étiquetage et les supports marketing pour assurer leur conformité.

Responsabilités spécifiques

Dossiers réglementaires

  • Préparer et compiler la documentation nécessaire pour les dossiers réglementaires dans diverses juridictions.
  • Connaissance réglementaire et capacité à assurer proactivement la conformité tout au long du développement des documents.

Surveillance post-commercialisation

  • Soutenir la mise à jour des revues systématiques de la littérature ou des bases de données.
  • Soutenir le rapport des événements de sécurité conformément aux exigences réglementaires.

Systèmes de gestion de la qualité (SGQ)

  • Contribuer au maintien des processus réglementaires dans le cadre du SGQ.
  • Participer aux activités de veille réglementaire pour identifier et traiter les évolutions réglementaires.
  • Soutenir l'amélioration continue en apportant des idées et en proposant des solutions lorsque cela est approprié.

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes

Compétences analytiques

  • Rigueur et attention aux détails.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
  • Capacité à collecter, organiser et synthétiser les données réglementaires pour soutenir la prise de décision de l'équipe.
  • Compétences proactives en résolution de problèmes et esprit d'amélioration continue.

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise avancée de MS Word et Excel.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.

Compétences spécifiques

  • Enthousiasme pour l'apprentissage continu et la mise à jour des exigences réglementaires et des avancées technologiques.
  • Compréhension de l'interaction de la documentation réglementaire tout au long du cycle de vie du développement, de la commercialisation et de la maintenance post-commercialisation des dispositifs médicaux.

Formation et expérience

  • Diplôme de licence minimum dans un domaine scientifique tel que les sciences, la pharmacie ou l'ingénierie.
  • 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux et leurs réglementations associées.
