Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bei Richt- und Ortsplanungen prüfen Sie die Vorprüfungsberichte und verfassen die Genehmigungsentscheide zuhanden des Regierungsrats.
  • Beschwerdeverfahren instruieren Sie von der ersten Eingabe bis zur Entscheidreife.
  • Sie bereiten Vernehmlassungen und Mitberichte zu Erlassentwürfen des Bundes sowie anderer Departemente aus planungs- und verfahrensrechtlicher Sicht vor.
  • Mit präzisen Rechtsauskünften und klarer Beratung unterstützen Sie interne Stellen und Anspruchsgruppen und sorgen so für rechtssichere Entscheide.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Hochschulstudium und konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrungen sammeln.
  • Ein Interesse an rechtlichen Fragestellungen im politischen und verwaltungsnahen Umfeld bringen Sie ebenso mit wie die Motivation, sich in komplexe Themen des Ortsplanungsrechts einzuarbeiten.
  • Sie arbeiten rasch, selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst und überzeugen durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie hohe Verlässlichkeit.
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenzen zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Dank Ihrer stilsicheren und präzisen Ausdrucksweise kommunizieren Sie komplexe rechtliche Sachverhalte klar und adressatengerecht.
