Die Learco AG ist eine sozial engagierte Firma die Menschen, die aus körperlichen, psychischen oder kognitiven Gründen eingeschränkt leistungsfähig sind, bei der Arbeitsintegration unterstützt. Zudem begleiten wir Menschen auf dem Weg zum selbstständigen Wohnen. 

Unsere KV-Abteilung ist die administrative Schaltzentrale der Learco AG. Wir bilden im Auftrag der Invalidenversicherung KV-Lernende auf den Stufen PrA, EBA und EFZ aus und bieten zudem Einsatzplätze für Klient:innen in Integrations- oder beruflichen Massnahmen an. 

Per 01.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir zur Erweiterung unseres Teams eine:n

Kauffrau/Kaufmann Administration

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie erledigen allgemeine administrative Arbeiten und unterstützen die verschiedenen Bereiche im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sie pflegen und aktualisieren unsere Website und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Inhalte aktuell und ansprechend präsentiert werden
  • Sie stehen unseren Mitarbeitenden bei kleineren IT-Fragen und technischen Herausforderungen unterstützend zur Seite
  • Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsleitung bei verschiedenen Projekten und übernehmen organisatorische Aufgaben 
  • Sie planen und organisieren bei Bedarf Veranstaltungen und Anlässe und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ und bringen einige Jahre Berufserfahrung von Vorteil mit agogischem Background mit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute IT-Anwenderkennt-nisse, insbesondere in MS Office
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und behalten auch in einem lebendigen Umfeld den Überblick
  • Sie sind eine engagierte, empathische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die ihr Wissen gerne weitergibt und andere in ihrer persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung unterstützt
  • Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, denken mit und schätzen eine vielseitige Drehscheibenfunktion
