Wir betreiben ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel in der Region Winterthur und bieten unseren Gästen unvergessliche Momente in der Natur. Um unser kulinarisches Angebot mit traditioneller und authentischer Schweizer Küche zu bereichern, suchen wir einen leidenschaftlichen und mobilen Koch.

Ihre Aufgaben Zubereitung traditioneller Schweizer Spezialitäten (z. B. Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, Rösti-Variationen, Älplermagronen, Fondue/Raclette).

Eigenständiges Arbeiten

Vorbereitung & Organisation der Zutaten und des Baukastensystems für das Misenplace.

Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene und Sauberkeit (HACCP-Standards) im Betrieb.

Gästekontakt: Herzliches und gastfreundliches Auftreten

Was Sie mitbringen: Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder fundierte mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Schweizer Küche.

Mobilität: Führerausweis Kat. B oder Mobil

Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden, Feiertagen und bei Event-Spitzen.

Selbstständigkeit: Sie behalten auch bei starkem Besucherandrang den Überblick und arbeiten lösungsorientiert.

Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
