* Sicherstellung des gesamten Offerten\-Prozesses in der Generalagentur + Offerten rechnen, erstellen, kontrollieren und rapportieren + Abwicklung von Änderungsanträgen + Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Neuanträgen im Privatkundengeschäft * Kunden\- und Brokerbetreuung + Kundenorientierte Beratung am Telefon und schriftlich + Pflege und Ausbau von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen + Betreuung und Unterstützung von Brokern in fachlichen und administrativen Fragen * Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben + Korrespondenz (E\-Mail/Brief) + Postbearbeitung + Telefonzentrale und Kundenempfang + Kundendienstabklärungen + Koordination und Terminmanagement

Dein Profil

Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter/in verfügst du idealerweise über folgende Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Privatversicherung
  • Vertieftes Versicherungswissen im Privatkunden\- oder Firmenkundengeschäft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Zurich\-Systemen
  • Höhere Berufsbildung ( Fachausweis oder Höhere Fachschule) ist ein Plus
  • IT\-affine Persönlichkeit – du giltst im Team gerne als «IT\-Champion» und arbeitest effizient mit digitalen Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Französisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientierte, kommunikative und dienstleistungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Betreuung und dem Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Initiative, flexible, teamfähige und belastbare Arbeitsweise mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Ergebnisorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Grundeinstellung
