Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Lackierer, die ihr Fachwissen in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld einsetzen möchte. Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich industrielle Oberflächenbehandlung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen

Lackierer (m/w/d) ###

 

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Fachgerechte Applikation von Grundierungen, Füllern, Zwischengrundierungen und Decklacken auf Schienenfahrzeugen
  • Vorbereitung der Oberflächen durch Spachtel-, Schleif- und Abdeckarbeiten
  • Durchführung von Nasslackierarbeiten an Grossbauteilen und Fahrzeugkomponenten
  • Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen und termingerechten Ausführung sämtlicher Lackierarbeiten
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Korrektur-, Nachbearbeitungs- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten
  • Kontrolle der lackierten Oberflächen hinsichtlich Qualität und Ausführungsstandard
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb eines eingespielten Teams von Fachspezialisten

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Carrosserielackierer, Industrielackierer EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Nasslackieren von Grossteilen, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Lackiertechniken, Beschichtungsprozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Erfahrung in der Oberflächenvorbereitung und im Umgang mit modernen Lackiersystemen
  • Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau B1
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb zwingend erforderlich
