VOS MISSIONS

  • Collaboration étroite avec le Head Legal & Company Secretariat ainsi que prise en charge de sujets principaux propres
  • Conseil et accompagnement des cliniques et des fonctions de groupe dans toutes les questions juridiques, notamment en droit des contrats, des sociétés et de la santé
  • Rédaction, vérification et négociation de contrats avec des parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Conception et développement du département juridique par la participation à des solutions Legal-Tech et basées sur l-IA ainsi qu-aux normes et processus
  • Coordination et collaboration avec des cabinets d-avocats externes
  • Soutien à la gestion d-entreprise et aux directives internes ; garantie d-une bonne gouvernance d-entreprise et conformité
  • Représentation du groupe Hirslanden auprès des autorités et autres parties prenantes

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Diplôme universitaire en droit (lic. iur. / Master of Law), brevet d-avocat suisse un atout
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans une entreprise multinationale ou un cabinet d-avocats dans les domaines du droit des affaires, notamment en droit des contrats et des sociétés ; connaissances en droit de la santé ou intérêt pour ce domaine
  • Personnalité curieuse, orientée solutions et résistante, qui aime prendre des responsabilités et possède d-excellentes compétences en communication
  • Maîtrise courante de l-allemand et de l-anglais, bonnes connaissances du français un atout
  • Méthode de travail structurée et précise, rapidité de compréhension et grande compétence sociale dans un environnement complexe et diversifié
