En collaboration avec notre client, un groupe d'entreprises suisse bien établi dans le domaine de la santé, nous recherchons, selon accord, un*:n*Responsable Comptabilité 80-100%. L'organisation allie stabilité économique et une compréhension moderne du leadership, et investit de manière ciblée dans la numérisation et des structures durables. Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Vous assumez la responsabilité globale technique et opérationnelle de la comptabilité de plusieurs sociétés et assurez un traitement fiable et ponctuel des processus financiers
  • Vous coordonnez l'établissement des bilans mensuels, trimestriels et annuels et garantissez une haute qualité des données financières ainsi que des rapports
  • En tant que leader, vous accompagnez et développez votre équipe, fixez des priorités claires et assurez des processus efficaces dans les opérations quotidiennes
  • En collaboration avec les interfaces internes et les partenaires externes, vous développez les processus et systèmes et faites avancer activement la numérisation de la comptabilité

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en économie d'entreprise ou d'une formation approfondie en finance et comptabilité, par exemple au niveau expert ou d'audit
  • Vous apportez plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle avec responsabilité technique et managériale dans la finance ainsi qu'une solide maîtrise des clôtures selon OR et Swiss GAAP FER
  • La maîtrise de l'allemand à un niveau de négociation est requise pour cette fonction de direction, en outre vous convainquez par une bonne maîtrise des systèmes financiers et ERP modernes ainsi qu'une forte affinité pour la numérisation
  • Avec votre nature ouverte et engageante, vous créez la confiance, donnez des orientations et savez motiver les gens pour des objectifs communs et faire avancer avec succès les changements
