Leiter Controlling 80\-100% (a), Kanton Zürich

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Controllings sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Strukturen und Instrumente
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer gruppenweiten Finanz\- und Leistungssteuerung mit aussagekräftigen Kennzahlen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Budgetplanung, rollierende Prognosen sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Investitions\- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management\-Reports als Grundlage für strategische und operative Entscheidungen
  • Analyse von Kostenentwicklungen, Leistungsdaten und Fallzahlen sowie Erarbeitung konkreter Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer aussagekräftigen Kosten\- und Betriebsrechnung unter Einhaltung der relevanten REKOLE®\-Vorgaben
  • Koordination und fristgerechte Aufbereitung gesetzlich und regulatorisch erforderlicher Datenmeldungen, insbesondere für die Krankenhausstatistik, SDEP und ITAR\_K
  • Durchführung vertiefter Sonderauswertungen und Ad\-hoc\-Analysen für verschiedene Entscheidungsträger
  • Identifikation von Digitalisierungspotenzialen sowie Optimierung der Datenqualität, Systemlandschaft und Controlling\-Abläufe

Ihr Profil:

  • Betriebswirtschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines Spitals oder einer vergleichbaren Organisation im Gesundheitswesen \- diese Branchenkenntnisse sind für die Funktion zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung, Budgetierung und finanziellen Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Erfahrung mit den spezifischen Anforderungen des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens, idealerweise einschliesslich REKOLE® und relevanter Datenmeldungen
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, vernetztes Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Unternehmerisches Verständnis sowie Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und neue Lösungsansätze umzusetzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und eine hohe Affinität zu Daten, Systemen und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Überzeugende Kommunikation, ein professionelles Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen kompetent zu beraten
