Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Vergütungsstrategien, die mit den Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen.
  • Analyse und Überwachung von Markttrends, um wettbewerbsfähige Vergütungs\- und Benefit\-Programme sicherzustellen.
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in allen Fragen rund um Compensation \& Benefits.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Vergütungsrichtlinien und \-prozessen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich Vergütung.
  • Sie leiten und entwickeln die C\&B\-, Global Mobility\- und Payroll\-Teams sowie Förderung der Kultur der Leistung und Zusammenarbeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich \- von Vorteil Bereich Vergütung und Sozialleistungen
  • 5\-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Compensation \& Benefits, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition \- von Vorteil Erfahrung in einem börsenkotierten Unternehmen international tätig
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Arbeits\- und Sozialversicherungsgesetze.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
