  • An der Weiterentwicklung der Personalpolitik des Bundes und des Departements mitwirken, Instrumente und Grundlagen für personalpolitische Entscheide bereitstellen und die Umsetzung im Amt wirkungsvoll gestalten
  • Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen Themen und Fragen der Organisationsentwicklung, Führung und entlang des Personalzyklus beraten
  • In den operativen Personalprozessen mitarbeiten

Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Leiter/\-in Human Resources mit eidg. Diplom oder gleichwertige HR\-Ausbildung/Erfahrung sowie Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Bundesverwaltung
  • Interesse an personalrechtlichen Themen und Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling
  • Strategisches, vernetztes Denken sowie ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und redaktionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Beratungs\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute aktive Kenntnisse mindestens einer zweiten Amtssprache und passive Kenntnisse einer dritten Amtssprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
