Aufgaben

  • Du führst die HR Administration am Standort Schafisheim mit 8 Mitarbeitenden und entwickelst dein Team fachlich wie auch personell weiter
  • Du stellst eine professionelle, effiziente und termingerechte Personaladministration sicher und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen aktiv voran
  • Du betreust als HR Business Partner den Bereich Technik am Standort Schafisheim und bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen, personellen und sozialen Fragestellungen
  • Du berätst und begleitest Führungskräfte entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles. Dies von der Rekrutierung über die Entwicklung und Bindung bis hin zu Trennungsprozessen
  • Du engagierst dich in Projekt- und Arbeitsgruppen und bringst deine Erfahrung gezielt in die Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen, Dienstleistungen und Instrumenten ein 

Anforderungen

  • Proaktive Macherpersönlichkeit mit echter HR-Passion die es liebt, nahe an den Menschen und am Business zu sein
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Beratungshaltung sowie Freude daran hohe Erwartungen mit gesundem Pragmatismus serviceorientiert zu lösen
  • Belastbare und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Beratungskompetenz, Sozialkompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, resilient und gewinnende Persönlichkeit, die HR sichtbar und erlebbar macht
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit Führungsverantwortung in der HR Administration und als HR Business Partner
  • Gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Arbeitsrechts
