Im Bereich Stab Direktion suchen wir per 1. Februar 2027 eine kompetente Persönlichkeit mit Interesse für die strategischen und operativen Herausforderungen in einem politisch geprägten Umfeld.

Aufgaben ##

  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der LSZ HR-Strategie insbesondere in den Themen Unternehmenskultur, Mitarbeiter\*innenbindung und Nachfolgeplanung
  • Verantwortung für die Personal- und Stellenplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Controlling
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung sowie der Linienverantwortlichen in personellen, organisatorischen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Organisatorische, fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des HR-Teams bestehend aus 3 Mitarbeiter\*innen
  • Personalgewinnung mit Fokus auf Kader- und Schlüsselfunktionen
  • Sicherstellung des professionellen On- und Offboardingprozesses sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung weiterer HR-Prozesse und deren Digitalisierung
  • Umsetzung lohnrelevanter Prozesse (Lohnrunden, Einmalprämien, Funktionsstufenanpassungen, Beförderungen)

Profil ##

  • Hochschulabschluss oder höhere Fachausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Recht oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung, Veränderungsprozessen und strategischen HR-Initiativen
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner HR-Prozesse sowie deren Standardisierung und Digitalisierung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für organisatorische und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Analytische und vernetzte Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungs- und verhandlungsstarke sowie überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute IT-Anwendungskenntnisse, hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools und von Vorteil Erfahrung mit SAP HCM
