Tâches ##

  • Diriger une équipe de sept employés en production.
  • Planifier et réaliser des réparations et maintenances.
  • Assurer la disponibilité technique des installations.

Compétences ##

  • Formation dans le domaine métallique ou technique équivalent.

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à prioriser les tâches.

Notre client est une grande entreprise de production suisse avec plusieurs sites et plusieurs centaines d-employés. L-entreprise travaille pour divers groupes de clients industriels et commerciaux. Sur le site de production, les installations fonctionnent en trois équipes 24 heures sur 24.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur :

  • Dans cette fonction, vous dirigez sept collaborateurs sur le plan professionnel et personnel et participez activement aux travaux de maintenance et de réparation
  • Vous planifiez de manière autonome les réparations et les travaux d-entretien et répartissez judicieusement les tâches au sein de l-équipe
  • Vous priorisez les travaux quotidiens et assurez la disponibilité technique des installations de production
  • Vous coordonnez les travaux de service, les réparations et les interventions techniques avec les fournisseurs et les partenaires externes
  • Vous assurez régulièrement une permanence d-une semaine par mois, y compris le week-end

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur :

  • Une formation achevée dans le domaine du métal, ou une formation technique de base comparable
  • Une expérience en maintenance de machines et d-installations de production constitue une base importante pour cette fonction
  • Une expérience en gestion est un avantage et vous aimez assumer des responsabilités professionnelles et personnelles
  • Une bonne affinité informatique vous aide dans l-utilisation des systèmes numériques et des outils techniques
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée, orientée solutions et gardez une vue d-ensemble même en cas de pannes urgentes
