Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie übernehmen die Leitung des Vertriebsinnendienstes und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team eine kundenorientierte und effiziente Auftragsabwicklung weiter
  • Entlang des gesamten Kundenprozesses optimieren Sie Abläufe und sorgen mit einer vorausschauenden Auftrags-, Kapazitäts- und Saisonplanung für reibungslose Prozesse
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten internen Fachbereichen verbessern Sie die Lieferfähigkeit, pflegen wichtige Kundenbeziehungen und begleiten anspruchsvolle Ausschreibungen
  • Digitalisierung und Vertriebssteuerung treiben Sie aktiv voran, entwickeln Kundenmanagement- sowie Reportinginstrumente weiter und schaffen transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Eine technische oder kaufmännische Grundbildung bildet Ihre Basis, ergänzt durch eine höhere Qualifikation mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder vertriebsorientiertem Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in einer kunden- und vertriebsnahen Funktion bringen Sie mit und konnten dabei idealerweise bereits Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende übernehmen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse bringen Sie ebenso mit wie einen routinierten Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
