Actuellement, pour notre siège situé à Bienne, nous recherchons pour notre département « Développement Mécanique » un/e : MECANICIEN/NE MISE AU POINT PROTOTYPES (H/F) Missions : Assurer la mise au point de prototypes destinés à assurer la faisabilité de nouveaux dispositifs médicaux en fonction du cahier des charges Analyser et optimaliser les produits existants en collaboration avec les lignes produits Responsabilités : Fabriquer, assembler, mettre au point et tester les nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les ingénieurs et la mécanique Concevoir et réaliser des outils de mesures et d’assemblages Gérer et effectuer les tests de vérification des prototypes définis par les ingénieurs Renseigner les spécifications fonctionnelles en lien avec les prototypes testés Documenter les phases d’analyse et d’optimalisation de la mise au point des produits et en assurer la traçabilité Assurer l’approvisionnement des composants, des instruments et des outils nécessaires aux travaux d’analyse et de mise au point, sur la base d’un dossier technique Participer à l’industrialisation du produit en collaboration avec les ingénieurs Contribuer à l’évaluation des nouvelles technologies Compétences : CFC de micromécanicien, polymécanicien ou titre jugé équivalent Intérêt pour la mécanique de précision conventionnelle tout en étant ouvert au travail occasionnel sur les machines CNC Personne polyvalente, créative, soucieuse du détail et dotée d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse Capable de travailler de ère autonome tout en faisant preuve d’un vrai esprit d’équipe Entrée en fonction : Dès le 1er septembre 2026 jpid1597237jm jit0937jm jiy26jm
