Du möchtest Immobilien eigenverantwortlich betreuen und den direkten Kontakt zu Mietern und Eigentümern pflegen?

Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen in der Immobilienbranche, suchen wir eine engagierte und selbständige Persönlichkeit als Mitarbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung 60\-100% (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst du Verantwortung für ein abwechslungsreiches Immobilienportfolio und trägst aktiv zur erfolgreichen Bewirtschaftung bei.

Aufgaben

  • Mitverantwortung für die Bewirtschaftung eines Portfolios aus Miet\- und Stockwerkeigentumsobjekten
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter, Eigentümer, Hauswarte, Handwerker und externe Partner
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Vermietungsaktivitäten sowie Sicherstellung des Werterhalts der Liegenschaften
  • Abwicklung sämtlicher administrativer Aufgaben vom Vertragswesen bis zu Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Planung und Koordination von Unterhalts\- und Renovationsarbeiten
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Protokollierung von Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen
  • Unterstützung bei \- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Jahresabschlüssen und weiteren buchhalterischen Aufgaben

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich, idealerweise mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Miet\- und Stockwerkeigentum
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Immobilienverwaltungsprogrammen von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
