Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte, motivierte und äusserst flexible Persönlichkeit.

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

Bei uns erwartet dich ein flexibles Jahrespensum von rund 50% mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben in einem spannenden Umfeld. Deine Einsätze finden an zwei Kundenstandorten in unmittelbarer Nähe zueinander statt. Du bist Teil unseres flexiblen Empfangsteams und übernimmst regelmässige, planbare Einsätze. Bei Ferienabwesenheiten, Krankheit oder anderen Absenzen unterstützt du das Team zusätzlich und leistest wertvolle Vertretungseinsätze. Die Arbeitszeiten können zwischen 06:50 und 17:10 Uhr variieren. Es sind Ganztages\- oder Halbtageseinsätze von Montag bis Freitag möglich.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Freundlicher und kompetenter Kundenempfang
  • Rasche und zuverlässige Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonen
  • Verwaltung des Zutrittsystems
  • Verantwortlich Parkplatzverwaltung
  • Bestellung des Büromaterials
  • Weitere administrative Aufgaben

Du bist eine dienstleistungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die unseren Empfangsbereich mit Professionalität und Herzlichkeit prägt. Folgendes bringst du mit:

  • Berufserfahrung im Empfangsbereich oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Sehr gute PC / MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Fliessendes Schweizerdeutsch, sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Französischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Sehr hohe Flexibilität für verschiedene Einsätze
  • Diskrete, proaktive und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Genaues und sehr sorgfältiges Arbeiten im Team
  • Gepflegter Umgang mit Besuchern und Mitarbeitenden
