Bei uns stehen die Bewohnenden im Mittelpunkt. Wir begleiten sie in einer familiären und wertschätzenden Atmosphäre und orientieren uns dabei an ihren Lebensgeschichten, Bedürfnissen und individuellen Ressourcen.

Zur Ergänzung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung motivierte und empathische Persönlichkeiten als

Mitarbeiter\*in Etagenservice 60 \- 80%

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und professionellen Speise\- und Getränkeservice in den Wohnbereichen
  • Selbständige, termingerechte und ansprechende Bereitstellung der täglichen Mahlzeiten für unsere Bewohnenden
  • Verantwortung für das Menübestellwesen
  • Gewährleistung eines sauberen und ordentlichen Arbeitsbereichs
  • Beschaffung von Lebensmittel und hauswirtschaftlichen Materialien
  • Aufmerksame und wertschätzende Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden sowie kompetente Ansprechperson für ihre Anliegen

Du bringst mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hauswirtschaft oder im Gastgewerbe, vorzugsweise im Heim\- oder Spitalbereich
  • Abgeschlossener SRK\-Kurs von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Einfühlungsvermögen für die Situation unserer Bewohnenden und Freude an der persönlichen Kommunikation
  • Freude an hauswirtschaftlichen und gastronomischen Tätigkeiten
  • Hauswirtschaftliches Grundlagenwissen im Bereich Lebensmittelhygiene und Arbeitsorganisation
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level B2\)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität, Bereitschaft zu Wochenend\-Einsätzen
