Mit Professionalität, Fachkompetenz und echtem Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kundschaft sorgen wir dafür, dass jede Anfrage schnell, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert beantwortet wird.

Das bietet dir die Stelle ###

  • Du bist täglich nah an unserer Kundschaft, telefonisch wie schriftlich. Hier hast du die Möglichkeit, echte Wirkung zu erzielen: Mit einem offenen Ohr, raschen Lösungen und einer persönlichen Note sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Kundschaft von Anfang an in guten Händen weiss
  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale koordinierende Rolle und gestaltest den Servicealltag aktiv mit. Du stimmst Termine mit der Kundschaft ab und planst die Einsätze und Tagestouren unserer Servicetechniker:innen. Dabei hast du viel Gestaltungsspielraum und kannst Abläufe aktiv mitgestalten
  • Du bist die Stimme, die unsere Kundschaft verlässlich begleitet. Du informierst proaktiv über Reparaturtermine und Montagen und schaffst damit Vertrauen, auch wenn noch keine definitive Lösung vorliegt
  • Du behältst in einem vielseitigen Alltag den Überblick. Pendente Aufträge und Statuslisten geben dir jederzeit ein klares Bild der Lage und den Handlungsspielraum, dort anzupacken, wo es zählt

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit mit. Ob Disposition, Contact Center oder Kundendienst, du kennst das Geschäft und weisst, worauf es ankommt
  • Im Kontakt mit der Kundschaft läufst du zur Hochform auf. Du kannst aus einem reichen Erfahrungsschatz im telefonischen Kundenkontakt schöpfen und findest auch in schwierigen Gesprächen den richtigen Ton
  • Du bist eine aufgestellte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und lässt dich auch in hektischen Momenten nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Verbindlichkeit und eine positive Ausstrahlung sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und mit hohem Organisationsgeschick. Du behältst mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft und verlierst dabei nie den Überblick
  • Mit gängigen IT-Systemen gehst du versiert um und bist offen, dein Wissen laufend zu erweitern
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Französisch - klar, professionell und partnerschaftlich. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein willkommenes Plus
