Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen aus der Konsumgüterbranche suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams eine engagierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Verkaufsinnendienst.

 

Mitarbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst - Konsumgüterbranche 100% (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von der Auftragserfassung bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst

* Betreuung und Pflege von Key Accounts sowie Handelspartnern im DACH-Raum

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle

* Sicherstellung eines hohen Servicelevels und einer lösungsorientierten Kundenkommunikation

* Pflege von Konditionen, Kundenstammdaten und weiteren relevanten Informationen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen wie Produktion, Einkauf, Aussendienst und Kundendienst

* Übernahme einer vielseitigen Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen

 

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, Kundendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine hohe Lösungsorientierung

* Kommunikationsstarke, teamfähige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigenmotivation und Freude an einer vielseitigen Schnittstellenfunktion
