Ihre Verantwortung: * Am Museumsempfang bist du die erste und zentrale Ansprechperson für Besuchende, grosse und kleine Gäste sowie Schulklassen aus dem In- und Ausland. * Du betreust die Museumskasse, den Informationsschalter, den Museumsshop, das Museumscafé und organisierst Führungen für Gruppen und Veranstaltungen. * Du arbeitest im Back Office bei der telefonischen Betreuung unserer Gäste und bei der Buchung der Angebote. * Das Museum BL öffnet dienstags bis sonntags; gelegentlich finden Abendveranstaltungen statt und an manchen Feiertagen ist das Museum ebenfalls zugänglich. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen deckst du die Öffnungszeiten des Museum BL ab, auch an Wochenenden.

Ihr Hintergrund: * Du verfügst über eine kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung, einer Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachperson oder mehrere Jahre entsprechende Berufserfahrung. * Du bist IT versiert und sicher auf den gängigen Windows Applikationen * Du zeigst dich kommunikationsfreudig, kooperationsfähig, flexibel und magst den Umgang mit Menschen. * Du arbeitest selbstständig, nimmst Herausforderungen an und löst sie mit Engagement. * Du verfügst über gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse; Grundkenntnisse in Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil. * Für diese Aufgabe sind Teamfähigkeit, ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und ein höfliches Auftreten unerlässlich.

Amt für Kultur / Museum.BL Das Amt für Kultur bewahrt und vermittelt das kulturelle Erbe des Kantons, fördert das zeitgenössische Kunstschaffen, bringt Kulturthemen in die aktuelle politische Diskussion ein und engagiert sich für die Kultur in der Region. Das Museum.BL ist dabei für die Natur- und Kulturgeschichte zuständig. Es betreut in seinen Sammlungen über eine Million Originale. Diese umfassen die Sparten Naturkunde und Alltagskultur, Textilien, Kunst und Fotografie.

Unser Team Das Museum.BL verbindet in seinen erlebnisreichen Ausstellungen Natur- und Kulturgeschichte der Region für Kinder und Erwachsene. Du betreust den Gästeservice und organisierst Veranstaltungen.
